Registration is available for the NERRA-NERRS Annual Meeting through the College of William and Mary Conference Services web site. (Personal arrangements must be made for transportation outside of scheduled times). Due to security reasons, participants must register before the meeting. It is not permissible to register the day of the meeting.
Only participants staying for the entire meeting (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) are eligible to stay on campus at NCTC. If you are registering for 2 days or less, please refer to the Lodging web page for more information. It is advisable that participants arriving on Sunday and staying for the duration of the meeting, register as soon as possible for rooms at NCTC. You do not need to contact NCTC directly. All participants must register for the meeting online through the College of William and Mary Conference Services web site, regardless of payment method. The College of William and Mary can accept credit cards and checks. If you will be paying by any method other than credit card or check, or if you have any questions, please contact Angela Gustavson at 202-508-3836 or angela@nerra.org to process your payment after you have registered.
