Lodging for the 2007 NERRA-NERRS Annual Meeting is secured at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), the Clarion Hotel of Shepherdstown, and the Days Inn of Shepherdstown.

If you are staying on campus at NCTC, please call the front desk at 304-876-7900 to confirm the number of days you will be staying and provide credit card information to expedite check-in upon arrival.

Please be aware that most cell phones do not work on the NCTC campus. Emergency phone calls can be directed to Beth Ann Ring at 304-876-7202. Each lodging room has a phone.

NCTC is a federal building and they require this information for security purposes. It is important to note when making your flight arrangements that lodging at NCTC will not be available on the night of Friday, October 26, so participants should plan to check out on Friday.

Lodging at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg, West Virginia at the rate posted below is available through October 1, 2007.

There are additional lodging options; however, you must have your own transportation and a government rate/space is not guaranteed. Additional lodging options include Bavarian Inn and Lodge and Thomas Shepherd Inn Bed and Breakfast.
